Keahinetics plans are $50, $85, or $125 per month (founding client pricing: clients who sign now keep their rate as long as they stay). Every plan includes the website, Managed Care (hosting, security, updates, and backups), and content edits. There's a one-time setup fee of $300–$1,000 depending on the size of the site, waived when you sign a 12-month agreement. Hawaiʻi GET is added to all prices. See the Pricing page for plan details.

Most sites go live in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how many pages you need and how quickly we can get your photos and info.

Every plan includes Managed Care: hosting, security, updates, and backups. Your site is built for speed, with HTTPS and security headers, your site files are backed up in version control, and updates and content edits are handled each month within your plan. Every plan also includes local SEO setup, and Standard and Plus include links to your existing Facebook and Instagram accounts. Hosting is part of your monthly plan price, not a separate bill.

No. Plans are month-to-month or 12-month terms, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Choosing a 12-month agreement waives the one-time setup fee.

Yes. You own your domain name and all of your content, always. If you ever leave, we'll give you a download of your site files and help point your domain to your new host.

Yes. We'll rebuild it faster and better, keep your domain, and handle the switch for you. It starts with a free audit of your current site.

No. We write your website copy with you, based on a short conversation about your business. We'll use your photos, or find quality stock images that fit your business. Need a photographer? We can recommend a local one.

It means setting up your website so AI tools like ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, and Perplexity can understand your business and recommend it when people ask for local services. It uses clear content, structured data (schema), and consistent business info.

No one can honestly guarantee rankings. What Keahinetics does is build your site the right way for search, with fast pages, local keywords, schema markup, and a matched Google Business Profile, and keep it maintained so you have the best chance to show up.

Yes, on the Standard and Plus plans. We set up or clean up your profile so your name, service area, hours, and services match your website exactly.

Keahinetics is based on Maui and serves all of Hawaiʻi. We meet in person across Maui, and work by phone, video, text, or email with small businesses on every island.

Just send a note through the contact form. Most edits done within 2 business days. Your edit time refreshes every month. Unused time doesn't carry over, so send us changes anytime.

Need a professional email address? We can help you set one up (provider fees are separate).

Yes, on the Plus plan. We connect an existing booking tool, like Square Appointments or Google Calendar booking pages, to your site. We don't build a custom booking system. Standard and Plus also include a quote & appointment request form: customers send a request; you confirm. Plus includes one of online booking or an events calendar; adding the other is an add-on, ask for pricing.
